Software License Agreement

Web MP Soft Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MyQuick Bill GST™ software through its cloud-based SaaS platform (app.myquickbill.com) and associated mobile applications, subject to the terms of this agreement and your active subscription.

All intellectual property rights in and to MyQuick Bill GST™ — including but not limited to the software code, architecture, database design, user interface, logos, icons, documentation, APIs, and all related materials — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Web MP Soft Private Limited.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your subscription provides access to use the software, not ownership of any part of it.

Your business data belongs to you. All data you enter into the platform — invoices, inventory records, client information, payment records, reports — remains your property. We do not claim any ownership over your business data.

We store your data securely on Tier-2 cloud infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption and automated daily backups. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export functions.

This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription. When your subscription expires, your license to use the software is suspended until you renew. Subscriptions do not auto-renew.

During the 30-day free trial, you are granted a temporary license to evaluate the software. All terms of this agreement apply equally during the trial period.

Upon expiry or termination, your access is limited but your data is retained for a reasonable period, during which you may export it or renew your subscription to restore full access.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

You acknowledge that the software is a tool to assist your business operations and that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoices, tax calculations, and reports generated by the software.

In no event shall Web MP Soft Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

This license terminates automatically when your subscription expires and is not renewed. We may also terminate this license immediately if you breach any term of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for a limited period to allow export. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts. See our Refund Policy for details.

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
