By accessing or using MyQuick Bill GST™ (app.myquickbill.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including administrators, staff members, and clients who access the platform through any portal (Admin Panel, Client Portal, or E-Commerce Shop).

MyQuick Bill GST™ is a cloud-based SaaS platform for GST billing, inventory management, financial reporting, CRM, staff management, and related business operations. The platform is hosted on enterprise-grade Tier-2 cloud infrastructure and includes:

To use MyQuick Bill GST™, you must register an account by providing accurate business information including your business name, GSTIN (if applicable), phone number, and email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

MyQuick Bill GST™ offers multiple subscription plans — Basic Plan, Professional, Business, and Enterprise — with pricing displayed on our website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

New users receive a 30-day free trial with access to core features. No credit card is required. The trial is limited to one per business entity. At the end of the trial, you may purchase a paid plan or your access will be limited.

We reserve the right to modify trial duration or features at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use MyQuick Bill GST™ only for lawful business purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Your data belongs to you. All business data you enter into MyQuick Bill GST™ — invoices, inventory, client records, payments, reports — remains your property. We do not sell, share, or monetize your business data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, password hashing, automated daily backups, and Tier-2 cloud hosting with geographic redundancy.

MyQuick Bill GST™ is a registered trademark of Web MP Soft Private Limited. All software code, design, logos, icons, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Web MP Soft Private Limited and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations during your active subscription period. This license does not grant ownership of any part of the software.

MyQuick Bill GST™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and data integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Web MP Soft Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon subscription expiry, your account access becomes limited but your data is retained for a reasonable period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you may submit a written request to our support team.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
