No Refund Policy

Once a subscription plan is purchased on MyQuick Bill GST™, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all paid plans — Basic Plan, Professional, Business, and Enterprise — regardless of usage duration or reason for cancellation.

We believe in full transparency. Instead of offering refunds after purchase, we provide a generous 30-day free trial that gives you complete access to evaluate every feature before you spend a single rupee.

Every new user gets a full 30-day free trial with access to core billing features, inventory management, GST reports, and more. No credit card is required to start your trial. This trial period is specifically designed so you can make a fully informed purchasing decision.

Paid subscriptions are valid for the duration selected at the time of purchase (monthly, 90 days, 180 days, or annual). Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew when your plan expires. If you choose not to renew, your account will revert to limited access after the subscription period ends.

No partial refunds are available for unused days within a subscription period. Once activated, the full subscription amount is considered earned.
